We ask that the fee for routine work such as check-ups, x-rays and hygienist appointments should be paid for at the time of treatment. For more extensive work a deposit is required at the start of treatment and the balance paid in full by the completion of the course.

Payments can be made by cash or credit card.

Overdue accounts will incur interest and administration charges.

Failing to attend an appointment and short notice cancellation charges for lost surgery time (we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to enable the appointment to be filled) may be charged at the dentist or hygienist’s discretion.
